인천시교육청은 코로나19로 가중된 학부모의 양육 부담 완화를 위해 초·중학교 학령기 아동에게 아동양육 한시 지원사업을 추진한다고 28일 밝혔다.
아동양육 한시 지원사업은 초등학생 아동 1인당 20만 원을 지원하는 ‘아동 특별돌봄 지원’과 중학생 1인당 15만 원을 지원하는 ‘비대면 학습 지원’으로 구성됐다.
이번 사업은 만 18세 미만 아동 중 상대적으로 보호자의 직접적인 돌봄이 필요한 초등학생 162,332명과 의무교육 대상인 중학생 79,686명까지 확대 지원한다.
초·중·특수학교 재학생은 별도 신청 없이 개별 학교에서 스쿨뱅킹 계좌로 지급될 예정이며, 지급 시기는 초등학생은 추석 전, 중학생은 10월 8일까지 일괄 지급할 계획이다.
초·중·특수학교에 재학하지 않는 대한민국의 아동 중 초등학생 연령(’08.1~’13.12월 출생아) 학교 밖 아동은 초등학교 재학생과 마찬가지로 아동 1인당 20만 원, 중학생 연령(’05.1.~’07.12월 출생아) 학교 밖 아동은 중학교 재학생과 같이 아동 1인당 15만 원이 지급될 예정이다.
학교 밖 아동 관련 신청·접수는 9월 28일부터 10월 16일까지(공휴일 제외) 아동의 주소지 기준 교육지원청을 방문하여 서류를 제출해야 하며 10월 중 지급할 계획이다.
인천시교육청은 교육재난지원금에 이어 아동특별돌봄·비대면학습비 지원으로 코로나19로 인한 학부모의 양육 부담 경감 및 휴업·원격학습에 따른 가정 내 경제적 부담 완화에 도움이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.

The Incheon City Office of Education announced on the 28th that it will promote a temporary support project for child rearing to school-age children in elementary and junior high schools to alleviate the burden of parenting aggravated by Corona 19.
The limited time support project for child rearing consisted of’Special Child Care Support’, which provides 200,000 won per child for elementary school students, and’non-face-to-face learning support,’ which provides 150,000 won per middle school student.
This project expands support to 162,332 elementary school students who require direct care of their parents and 79,686 middle school students who are subject to compulsory education among children under the age of 18.
Students enrolled in elementary, middle, and special schools will be paid to the school banking account at individual schools without a separate application, and the payment time will be paid before Chuseok for elementary school students and until October 8 for middle school students.

For applications and acceptance for out-of-school children, from September 28 to October 16 (excluding public holidays), you must visit the Education Support Office based on the address of the child and submit the documents, and will be paid in October.
Following the educational disaster subsidy, the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education is expected to help reduce the burden of parenting caused by Corona 19 and reduce the economic burden in the home due to closure and remote learning by providing special child care and non-face-to-face learning expenses.
